Riccia di Talanico

It originates from Italy. It grows luxuriantly. We shape it like a bush, it also grows well in tree form. It bears early and abundantly. It is moderately sensitive to nut weevil and fairly resistant to hazelnut gall mite. Flowers and buds medium to late. It has a medium thick fruit, round oval shape with thin shell that is light hazel colour. Falling of ripe hazelnuts from the envelope is very good. The kernel is round and has a thin skin that gives off nicely when roasted.
